Fired up “Dante” and loaded him up with about 200 pounds of meat for the big Fall Festival @saintjosephprep tomorrow! We’ve got 8 pork butts and 4 – 18 pound briskets. 70 pounds of chicken wings go on early tomorrow morning! Can’t wait!
